June 2024 - January 2025 - Munich, Germany
At Ananda, I work as a full-time member of the investment team with a focus on climate tech and energy investments. I was critically involved in two full deal processes to date, from introduction to term sheet. I had a great and educational time alongside the team.
Co-Founder & CEO @Zeitgeist GmbH
July 2020 - September 2023 - Hamburg, Germany
Zeitgeist was my first passion project within the realm of impact entrepreneurship. We started as a team of three right before the first COVID lockdown and embarked on an amazing journey that would lead to many learnings, tons of Co2 saved, and automated re-commerce logistics.
Assistant to the CEO @frühstarter
September 2018 - June 2020 - Lüneburg, Germany
I ran multiple strategic projects and managed a team of three in my first experience in a start-up that provided recruiting and consulting services to northern German companies. I was also involved in day-to-day operations and account management in this very formative time.
Business Intern @arcBARKs / arc Foundation
September 2015 - January 2016 - Greensboro, USA
My first real working experience was in a job training program for young adults with special needs. I ended up building a new online shop, setting up a warehouse management system, and some more business related projects. But working with the people there was the real learning experience I would not miss for anything.
Education

January 2024 - June 2024 - Bergen, Norway
I spend my CEMS semester abroad at the Norwegian School of Economics, expanding my education on management theories and taking part in the UNFCCC model climate change negotiations. I also enjoyed the Norwegian winter and obscene amounts of Bergen rain.
M.Sc. Impact Entrepreneurship and Innovation @NOVA SBE
Sep 2022 - January 2024 - Lisbon, Portugal
My studies at the NOVA School of Business and Economics provided me with a new lens on impact entrepreneurship and allowed me to take advantage of the educational quality and network of a top fifteen-ranked business school. This time also sparked the creation of AGOJI Studio.
B.A. Creative Media @City University Hong Kong
January 2018 - August 2018 - Hong Kong, China
During my double degree exchange in Hong Kong, I had the privilege of extending technical media studies with a creative side in one of the world’s liveliest cities.
B.Sc. International Business @Leuphana University
October 2018 - July 2022 - Lüneburg, Germany
I decided to embark on the journey of studying for two bachelor's degrees at the same time, as I was interested in the intersection of business and my technical cultural study perspectives. I paused my studies during my tenure as CEO at Zeitgeist.
B.A. Digital Media Studies @Hamburg Media School
October 2016 - July 2022 - Hamburg, Germany
My first bachelor's degree was a combination of computer science and cultural studies. It taught me the basics of programming, design, and project management, but also took me on journeys from Wendy Chung’s Cyborg Manifesto to Foucault’s Panopticum.
Volunteering
Founder of AGOJI Studio

Together with friends from my studies, I created a project in Uganda that produces Handbags out of discarded material and provides university grants to young women from the outskirts of Kampala.

Elected Student Council President at Leuphana University
June 2017 - June 2018 - Lüneburg, Germany
Participated in the study’s board meetings and quality control circles. I worked along the head staff of the faculty bringing in the students perspective. Obviously way more important than this, we were also responsible for the study’s social events, such as the welcome week for new students.
Wildlife Coordinator and Conflict Mitigator at N/a'ankusê Foundation
Jan 2016 - July 2016 - Windhoek, Namibia
In Namibia I discovered my interest for social and environmental initiatives in practice. Working with wildlife and local farmers to find a symbiotic way of co-existence taught me to understand divergent perspectives. I also gained perspective on a way of life in accordance with nature.
